Introduction
In my work as a graphic facilitator, I provide people and organizations with a coherent landscape within which they can make informed choices based on shared vision and common intent.  My aim is to track conversations in a way that serves reflection and story telling. I accomplish this through deep listening for essence and pattern and by creating visual devices that model the structures of content, capture the human dynamics in the room, tangibly anchor ideas, and map possible paths for progress.  My work has proven to be a useful tool for holding and supporting groups and their members at key points in long-term change processes, and my energies tend to be employed for these purposes.

More and more I value facilitation that is based in relation: that is, when the graphic component is a naturally received part of a cultural initiative. I find that working in an ongoing situation feeds the collective memory and, therefore, better serves lasting transformation.  In this vein, I recently worked with BP's Diversity and Inclusion group on a series of events designed to connect women within and to the business in new ways. I also worked with the Girl Scouts of Arizona to develop inner leadership tools for girls, adults and elders.  With Dialogos, I have created products mapping the company's theory and practice of dialogue, organizational learning and collective leadership.

When not giving form to the spoken word, I relish time in my studio and paint in an entirely abstract manner. I volunteer with gusto for local activities that increase the visibility of art in the public sphere. I garden badly but with great joy. And I cultivate friendships, with love.
