| Introduction |

Regina grew up in Europe, currently lives with her daughter in Northern California, and works internationally as a consultant. In addition, she is an Associate of the Thiagi Group, and a Professor of Visual Communication at City College of San Francisco where she teaches Graphic Design, and at the California College of the Arts where she teaches intercultural communication, visual mapping, and designs and facilitates faculty trainings to better meet a multicultural student body. Regina has consulted on non-profit and corporate projects in the US, in Africa, in the Middle East, in Europe, and in Asia. She also helps individuals with personal change and assists groups with social change issues. Currently, Regina is completing her Ph.D. at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. The topic of her dissertation is the co-construction of meaning in multicultural groups via group dialogue and visual mapping processes.
