| Introduction |
|
Dr. Rowland works with individuals, leaders, organizations, and institutions committed to systemic sustainability. Integrating four aspects of sustainability—personal, environmental, social, and financial—she applies and designs specific and unique models, processes, programs, and systems to help (co-)create, define and communicate (shared) visions and reach chosen goals.
With years of study and extensive experience in a wide variety of fields, Dr. Rowland assists her clients with evoking collective intelligence, generating possibilities, and solving complex problems. Her approaches inherently include systems thinking, visual thought partnering, strategic visioning, creative collaborative engagement, leveraging diversity, and developing leadership on all levels.
As a result of working with Dr. Rowland, her clients turn current states into potential opportunities and collaboratively construct a compelling sustainable future. They build and nurture the capacity for innovation to occur and for positive action to become their reality.
