My favourite icon

This is one of my all-time favourite icons.

I use this for conversations related to self-worth, self-discovery, self-value, etc. It's simple but I always find it very emotive. Even drawing it I can feel a warm in my core. The diamond symbol may also be replaced with a heart or other symbol that can also be used elsewhere in the same illustration as a short hand for the types of things one may be uncovering about oneself.

I love the thought of peeling yourself open, looking deep inside, and being pleasantly surprised by the treasures you find.

My funniest / weirdest GR experience

Having an unusual name, I often get asked about pronunciation by the facilitator ahead of time. As I’ve had 35 years of practise explaining my name to people, I now have a quick go-to when people ask: “Jessamy like Sesame, Gee like the letter”.  This usually works a treat.
