IFVP proudly presents a specially curated workshop with Angela Wiggins and Holly Grathoff. We need social connection and empathy more than ever. Supportive relationships are central to well-being, health, and longevity. Allowing ourselves to be vulnerable and build relationships that are more than transactional will help us look inward and reflect on our strengths, radiating curiosity, and openness into a world that needs healing.
In this 2 and half hour workshop, Angela and Holly will lead us through an exploration of the path to empathy and practice so we can continue our work within teams, families, and communities. Empathy helps us build a world that is more creative, team-oriented, open, and curious.
