DC Graphic Facilitation Meetup: Building your Visual Library Graphic Jam

Ever been in the midst of sketch noting or scribing and thought, 'how do I visualize that!!!' This class will be dedicated to building our visual library of icons and visuals to 'draw' from when recording. Tonight we will be focused on developing icons around specific concepts that confound us during our recording. How might you visualize entrepreneurship? Small Business development? Creativity? Talent development?

We'll have examples on hand from experienced scribes, a handout of images, and exercises to grow and enhance your visual library. In this very hands-on course, professional graphic facilitator Stephanie Brown will challenge and excite you while building your visual experience. Join us for what is sure to be an exciting class!

This is a great session for the novice and experienced practitioner to build their icon library. We'll practice on the wall with giant sheets of paper (provided). This is about learning and experimenting, so be comfortable trying new techniques and making mistakes.

Light refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own appropriate markers (Sharpies are NOT appropriate), you will also be able to buy a $15 "DCGF Starter Pack" of professional-grade Neuland markers.
