Design Thinking for Wellbeing

Design thinking is a container for innovation and adaptation.

It is used to transform products and services and bring new perspectives to designers, engineers, and medical professionals. In this lab, we'll do a deep dive into how design thinking can be used to support change in your life.

In this highly engaging virtual workshop, participants will explore the essential elements of design thinking and experience new methods for gathering information and generating new ideas.

Participants will:

* work together to develop prototypes **to address real-world challenges brought to the table by participants in the workshop**

- learn how human-centered design encourages us to design for the user - not for ourselves

- see tools to adopt a creative mindset leads us to unique solutions

- experience how bringing diverse voices to the table creates better outcomes and builds commitment to the solution

This workshop will be facilitated by Chrissie Bonner. Chrissie Bonner is a graphic facilitator, teacher, illustrator, and the Founder & Principal of Illustrating Progress. Chrissie also teaches Design Thinking and Adaptive Leadership in PCOM’s Organizational Development and Leadership graduate program.
