SAVE THE DATE "Drawing from Within: Exploring Altered States for Enhanced Scribing"
In this 2-day face-to-face workshop, we will focus on improving our listening, letting go and projecting skills through a variety of exercises.
Every scribe learns to use several levels of listening in order to capture:
- Pure Info
- Key Ideas
- Causal Links
But also
- silences
- small talk
- emotions
- beliefs
- masks
- the energy of the group!
The more centered the scribe is, the more he/she will be able to remain neutral and keep his intention(s) for the session, and identify, among the whirlwind of captured ideas, what is necessary, constructive or even disruptive for his customer.
For the past few years, I have been multiplying all kind of explorations in order to refine my scribing ears and boost my creativity.
During this workshop, I will share with you some of my techniques through playful and exciting exercises that will involve :
- Meditation
- rhythm
- intuition
- singing
In order to achieve
the «oh so desired » FLOW and LETTING GO state and the multiplication of our inner visual library.
We will also experiment some quick and effective drawing techniques and research metaphor and symbols.
These two days should allow you to approach your next scribing sessions more serenely and with more subtility. And help you facilitate your teams more harmoniously, while getting a cool boost along the way!
Empathy, open-mindedness, fantasy, audacity and team spirit are required :-)

Nb: No need to be an expert in drawing. Nor to be a singer!
