Planning a Visual Practitioner Gathering in your Region
Purpose: For members of the IFVP and visual practitioner community who have put together regional gatherings in the past to share their process, highlights, and lessons learned.
Objectives:
- Identify and describe key elements needed in putting together a regional gathering.
- Discuss possible formats for a regional gathering and the advantages/disadvantages of each.
- Discuss how to recruit team members to help put together a regional gathering.
- Provide recommendations on timeframe for developing and holding a regional gathering.
