Serge Caron is 55 years old, and works at Volvo Construction Equipment as a Senior Lean Coach.
Serge has a engineering background working for Industry for more than 30 years in several companies in Europe.
He has held several positions, mainly in Operations (Engineering, Maintenance, Management, Logistic) and in Lean (Continuous Improvement).
"My main motivation is to develop People and to see them grow, especially when it comes to Leadership and Lean. I love all what is easy to understand which is why I’m a big fan of graphic visualization."
