It has never been easier to deceive ourselves, to be stuck – whether in a relationship with another person, in an unwanted habit, or in a career or uncertain financial future.
I spent April through December 2021 reflecting on my own stuckness. How was I stuck? Why? With what? I began writing out my ideas, mapping them to images from my dreams, and noting the reflection questions that had the most potential to shift my perspective. Those illustrations and the perspectives they provide are gathered in this short (20 page) picture book, Unstuck.
I am combining the book with some of my favorite reflection tools in this three-day workshop. My aspiration for this experience is that you'll come away with some awareness, clarity, and energy for what is next for you.
