Value Propositions: Agency and In-House

The IFVP board has been working through a strategic planning process we began last year, and we are closing in on some focused ideas about who we serve and what value we can bring.

The personas work we have done has given us four categories of members to focus on. This blog post reports on our draft value propositions for two of them: Agency owners and In-House visual practitioners. 

We welcome thoughts about our work. We spent time as a board brainstorming and then worked on boiling down our thoughts to some key statements (we even got some help from AI GPT-4, but that's another story...).

  3. Offers a trusted platform for talent search, making recruitment easier and more efficient.

In-House Visual Practitioners: The IFVP...

  1. Provides resource library of templates that are relevant for corporate work, offers opportunities and resources for professional development, promoting skills advancement and career growth.
  2. Advocates for the importance and value of visual practice within organizations, helping to position in-house practitioners as vital contributors.
  3. Offers certification programs for increased recognition and credibility.
