Erin Gordon is a professional facilitator and strategy consultant that specializes in visual methods to solve complex challenges and craft meaningful experiences. With more than a decade of consulting and facilitation experience both in-person and virtually with top consulting firms, for the largest systems implementations in the world, and at the most senior ranks across the whole of government, Erin is sought after by clients and partners alike to lead projects that drive enduring transformation and organizational change.
In relentless pursuit to deliver excellence through results that push the creative edge, Erin founded WAYFIND in 2016 to intentionally focus on inspiring a world of purposeful, practical creativity. Since its founding, WAYFIND has facilitated the cocreation of new corporate and talent strategies, led design sprints and visualized countless systems to map the current state and identify new paths forward for public and private industry. Erin increasingly coaches leaders and teams utilizing agile methods and leading practices as a certified agile coach (ICP-ACC), MBTI® practitioner and DiSC® facilitator. She also designs and delivers workshops and training for facilitating virtual collaboration and leading in virtual environments.
Erin holds a MBA and MS in Strategic Management from Indiana University and BS in Commerce and Spanish from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the IAF, Certified Virtual Facilitator (CVF) with the INIFAC, and maintains a Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification with the PMI. Erin grounds her design thinking and innovation expertise with certification from the University of Virginia and is a registered yoga instructor (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance.
