With extensive experience as a project manager in public space and civil engineering, I know both the challenges on the project managers side and those on the side of the various parties involved. I work as a connector.

I build a bridge between the interests of politics, the contractor, the residents and the project staff. A project is only successful when the project team has worked together with pleasure and a clear goal, when the project has been completed within the financial and timeframe and when the parties involved act as ambassadors for the project.

I use visual methods to facilitate the entire project. This method of process approach is unique in civil engineering and has made me stand out in team building in the past. Projects have been completed with pleasure for those involved.
