How do I achieve this?
As a Visual Facilitator, I guide the process and dialogue during your work meetings, workshops, team-building sessions, and organizational development efforts. I use group work methods and creativity techniques to visualize in real time, creating dialogue maps that foster self-directed group discussions. In addition I design layout templates and work posters to support these exchanges.
I also offer personalized one-on-one coaching on a range of personal and professional topics.
As a Graphic Recorder, I capture your presentations and dialogues in real-time, either on a graphic wall or digitally on a tablet. The visual record serves as a catalyst for deeper conversations.
As an Information Illustrator & Visual Knowledge Facilitator, I structure and visualize information, creating subject and knowledge maps that bring clarity and insight.
These methods ensure that you and your team actively engage with each other and collaborate effectively on topics with a shared understanding.
My passion for visual facilitation has developed over more than a decade of experience in international cooperation, where I've worked as a project and knowledge manager, consultant and trainer, followed by extensive experience as a learning and development specialist in the private sector. I’ve honed my expertise through various advanced training courses, continually expanding and updating my skills.
My success is rooted in the combination of my academic background in applied linguistics and my lifelong enthusiasm for creative work and artistic design. Furthermore living and working in Europe, Southeast-Asia, North and South America exposed me to a rich tapestry of cultures and perspectives.
In addition to my visualization skills, I bring expertise in workshop and training design and facilitation, large-group processes, creativity techniques, innovation strategies, multimedia learning, instructional design, and intercultural communication.
