About

As a child I already knew it... I wanted to be an illustrator but somewhere along the way I ended up in the technology industry. A big part of my professional life I spent with Hewlett-Packard (HP) in various management and sales positions, until I bumped into the Envision team. The HP Envision team was a business transformation practice running visually facilitated strategy sessions for clients in the HP headquarters in Palo Alto, Silicon Valley. I joined that team and it changed my life. I spent 4 years facilitating in the HP headquarters and executive briefing centres in the Bay Area, New York, Plano and London, helping their major clients and account teams create visions and plans to transform their businesses.   Early 2017 I decided to leave HP/HPE to start up JIXSO focusing on visual facilitation to help organisations and individuals create better strategies and accelerate change. I do this through graphic recording, graphic facilitation, custom illustrations and animated videos. I also teach the areas I practise. I am a proud member of the small but incridible Visual Harvesting team and have co-founded the Visual Senseformers, helping companies find their North Star and help them navigate through change.   I love a holistic approach. When I do a good job, people start seeing the big picture, gain new insights and above all make connections necessary to move in the right direction.
