I use my architectural education, innovation expertise and facilitation experience as springboards for graphically capturing conversations, meetings, and workshops. By giving form to ideas it can help reduce confusion and clarify what the issue or opportunity space is, leading to better collaboration, better experiences and— eventually— better decisions. Visually capturing a discussion creates an artifact of what was discussed and can be a tool for an individual to remember and to share with others.
