For half her career a bilingual communicator at UNESCO in Paris, France supporting international scientific projects and writing bilingual user information for the transition from mainframe to desktop users. Trained in technical writing at The American University in Paris and founding member and board member of the France Chapter of The Society for Technical Communication (STC).

The other half of her career is being spent at SAS as a senior technical writer providing a successful implementation experience for their customers in the United States.
