Patricia Hilton’s visual practice is primarily focused on supporting the work of groups to more effectively plan, draw conclusions, present ideas, and improve performance. Ms. Hilton has worked in a variety of areas during her career, most recently through engagements with a variety of non-profit and government organizations, and including service with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology; the National Training Center, a project of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center. Her work with teams is extensive.

Patricia brings to clients relevant knowledge and experience along with a unique perspective and skill set, having a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Communications Design, Master of Fine Arts with an emphasis in drawing; Distinguished Toastmaster standing; and extensive education and training in project management and various facilitation techniques.
