Phil (Jinglun) Guo is passionate about creating business+art synthesis. He is a pioneer in China who had visual arts married with management consulting.
For more than ten years, Phil has been translating cognitive information into a visual language and designs and facilitates strategic workshops, board meetings, and innovation labs. He has served as a visual facilitator for Fortune 500 MNCs, SOEs and unicorn startups across all industries, and practices as real-time graphic recording for large global conferences.
A former management consultant, Phil is a core member of Deloitte Greenhouse in China, an innovation-oriented lab designed to incubate business breakthroughs. Having a blended approach in design, psychometrics, mindfulness, and gamification, he initiated the visual practice in Deloitte, Phil is the initiator of a subject matter training system for management consultants and serves as the faculty team of Deloitte University.
Phil is cross-culturally agile and works across continents. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring nature, photographing, and creating sci-fi comics. He is the co-author of the book “The World of Visual Facilitation”.
